SheLeads Academy is open to girls and young women who are passionate about leadership, career growth, and personal development. It offers a range of programmes tailored to different stages of a young woman’s growth journey. Whether you're in high school, university, or a recent graduate, there’s a programme designed just for you. Here is a breakdown of who can apply to each;

Aspire to Lead: For those who show potential for leadership and are eager to build self-confidence and leadership skills.

PathFinder Initiative: For recent tertiary graduates (within 2 years post-graduation) who are uncertain about their career path and need guided exploration and career clarity.
ShePlans Programme: For those who want to take control of their future through strategic life planning, goal setting, and personal development.
SoftSkill Accelerator Program: Open to two main groups:

a) Recent graduates (up to 2 years post-graduation) seeking workplace readiness training.

b) Young professionals and early-career professionals who want to upscale their soft skills for personal and professional growth.

Our programmes are primarily subsidized or free, thanks to the generous support of our partners and sponsors. However, some advanced or extended programmes may have minimal participation fees to support logistics.
While our core activities currently focus on Ghana-based participants, we welcome applications from across Africa and beyond, especially for virtual programmes. We are working to expand our reach and impact across borders.
We welcome professionals who are passionate about empowering young women to apply as mentors. Simply visit our “Get Involved” section and complete the Mentor Application Form. We will reach out with next steps, including orientation and matching with mentees.
